Queens Of The Stone Age Have Completed Working On New Album

Queens Of The Stone Age have completed work on their seventh album.

Since February, the band have been posting on their official Instagram pictures of them working on the album. Their last album was ‘…Like Clockwork’ and was released back in 2013.

They have been at Lurssen Mastering in Burbank, California, working on completing the album, which will hopefully be out later this year.

The studios official Facebook posted a picture of the band with the words, “Something new brewing.” Left Front Door Records then posted the same picture on their Instagram with the caption, “An album just got mixed.”

Troy Van Leeuwen, the bands guitarist, said last year, “We’ve already started talking about what we’re going to do for the next Queens Of The Stone Age record. There’s tons of ideas that are bouncing around.

“We’re excited to get back together to follow …Like Clockwork. We’re going to do something before the end of the year.”

Later, Josh Homme said that plans for the album were “locked in”

Check out the images that were put on Instagram and Facebook below.
