Ed Sheeran announced as final headliner for Glastonbury Festival 2017
After months of speculation, Ed Sheeran has finally announced that he will headline Glastonbury. Ed is the final act to be announced that will play the Pyramid Stage as a headliner. The other two artists are Radiohead, who will play Friday night and Foo Fighters, who will play that Saturday night. Ed Sheeran will play the Sunday night.
Glastonbury 2017 will start June 21st and will run through to Sunday 25th of June. Glastonbury will take place at Worthy Farm, Somerset.
Ed took to his social media accounts to make the announcement with a short video. Ed said, “I’m headlining Glastonbury on the Sunday night, which is awesome”.

This will be the third time Ed has played Glastonbury. He played the BBC Introducing Stage in 2011 and returned in 2014 to play the Pyramid Stage
