This is the first performance by Brian Johnson since he was forced to step down from live shows with AC/DC last year, due to doctors’ orders regarding his hearing. Frontman for Guns N’ Roses, Axl Rose, came in to complete the Rock or Bust tour.
Brian Johnson said at the time: “My entire focus is to continue medical treatment to improve my hearing. I am hoping that in time my hearing will improve and allow me to return to live concert performances. While the outcome is uncertain, my attitude is optimistic.”
Since then he has been working with audio expects, Asius, and their chief scientist told Team Rock in October that Brian could be back to performing live in six months.
We still hope that Brian will be back with AC/DC sometime in the future.
